As an Ad Operations Manager at Trainline, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various clients and platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the ad sales team with media plans and pitches
  • Executing and optimizing programmatic and direct advertising campaigns
  • Managing client relationships to nurture and grow our advertising accounts
  • Establishing internal operational processes related to the sales and execution of on-platform and off-platform campaigns

You will work closely with internal teams, including Ad Sales, Supply, Brand, and Marketing, to achieve these objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the advertising sector, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech
  • Mastery of working in, and troubleshooting across, ad-servers and programmatic buying/selling platforms (Google Ad Manager experience essential)
  • Deep knowledge of ad tech and experience managing relationships with advertising clients, DSPs, and other vendors
  • Demonstrated experience in extracting actionable insights and developing business strategies from data
  • Demonstrated experience with building and nurturing client relationship management
