About the Role

Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking a skilled Packaging Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging equipment and maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 6-12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedures, apply general math skills, and use various hand tools.
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a fast-paced environment, and exposure to temperature variations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical school certificate or 1-2 years of college.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with vision systems and robotic fillers.
  • Knowledge of PC using Windows-based applications.
Work Environment

Exposure to cleaning chemicals, product dust/particulate, loud noise, and temperature variations.

This position requires secondary gowning and use of Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) within the manufacturing facility.
