About the Role

OBM People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of engineering tasks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing LV systems and a solid working knowledge of electrical design standards and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of defined engineering tasks across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards, complies with legal requirements, and aligns with client expectations.
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Provide consultancy services.
  • Take on deputy line management responsibilities within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in electrical engineering, covering the full project life-cycle, including Pre-FEEDs, FEEDs, and EPC phases within the chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and power generation industries.
  • Experience in designing LV systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of electrical design standards and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in specifying, modelling, designing, purchasing, installing, and commissioning electrical systems.
