Job Title: Health and Social Care Lead Internal Verifier

Location: Home/Field based

Salary: £35,000

Type: Full time, Permanent

The Role:

  1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the internal verification and quality assurance of Health and Social Care qualifications up to Level 5, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  2. You will work closely with our Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships to review and improve policies, procedures, and systems, driving business growth and excellence.
  3. Additionally, you will conduct standardisation sessions and training with Assessors, ensuring awarding organisation, EPA, and company quality objectives and targets are achieved.
  4. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IQA with a passion for quality improvement and teaching and learning.
  5. Our ideal candidate will have recent experience of working as an IQA within Health and Social Care up to Level 5, hold occupational competency in Care Management, and hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award.
  6. Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle are essential.
  7. Must be flexible with travel.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Recent experience of working as an IQA within Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
  2. Occupational competency in Care Management.
  3. Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  4. Ideal Level 5 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
  5. Relevant occupational competency within Health and Social Care at Management level.
  6. Current working knowledge of quality improvement processes and Ofsted requirements.
  7. Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  8. Flexible with travel.
