About the Role:

Escape Recruitment Services is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a skilled Design Engineer to join our client's innovative team. This position involves innovative design while adhering to industry standards, contract specifications, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new conceptual designs or modify existing ones for various proposals or projects based on customer or internally generated specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive design layouts.
  • Use classical analysis techniques (such as bending, buckling, shear, bearing, and pressure vessel analysis) and numerical analysis methods to validate designs.
  • Select appropriate raw materials, coatings, and quality standards.
  • Create procedures for equipment assembly, testing, FAT, qualification, handling, storage, rework, maintenance, and commissioning as required.
  • Provide essential support to various internal departments (manufacturing, planning, QA, commercial, purchasing, assembly, etc.) throughout the product design and delivery phases.
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling.
  • Skills in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Ability to solve basic problems and perform root cause analysis.
  • Background in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience with NX or similar 3D modeling software.
  • Strong mechanical/structural design skills, with the ability to develop concepts and see them through to manufacturing release.
  • Experience in mechanical/structural design and analysis.
