We are seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our large language models. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning research and experience with developing scalable distributed information retrieval systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new information architecture strategies for large language models
  • Perform fine-tuning and reinforcement learning to optimize language model performance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge graphs and other data structures to support language model development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into our products and services
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Strong background in machine learning research and development
  • Experience with developing scalable distributed information retrieval systems
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and other relevant languages
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
