- Training and Development: Provide training and support to other departments as required, and identify opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing quality, safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and equipment optimization.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a double-day shift pattern, including occasional weekend support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £21.03.
- A 38-hour work week, with opportunities for overtime.
