Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Client Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end client operational processes, ensuring seamless client setup, configuration, validation, and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of key operational processes, including employer setup, configuration, validations, and payment processes.
  • Calculating KPI metrics and assisting the team in achieving these KPIs to drive business performance.
  • Creating reports to monitor and drive client operations performance.
  • Monitoring and controlling process performance, communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Investigating and communicating effectively any platform or process issues to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Client Operations within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a track record of producing accurate reports from large data sets.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends using data.
