Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to work within our casualty injury team, handling a range of employer's liability, public liability, and disease cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running and assisting team partner in running a case load of pre-litigation and litigated work with appropriate supervision.
  • Supervision responsibilities within the team.
  • Hit, maintain, and apply a consistent approach to individual targets of financial performance, realisation rates, settlement rate, and average claim spend.
  • Support marketing and business development activity within the team.
  • Maintain an awareness of firm's procedures and strategies.
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions and reading appropriate publications.
  • Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
Requirements:
  • A Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE and a keen interest in employers and public liability personal injury litigation and disease.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail conscious and able to produce work to a high standard.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
