We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Adviser to join our team at Prodrive. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our progress towards Net Zero.

About the Role:

The Sustainability Adviser will be responsible for coordinating across our companies the range of environmental initiatives, ensuring alignment and traction. You will help us establish suitably ambitious but achievable targets and then project manage our action plans to ensure we are delivering on our commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of our Net Zero strategy across the company
  • Support the Prodrive group with data for legislative requirements such as ESOS and SECR
  • Support Prodrive businesses with their ISO 14001 certification and customer requirements
  • Support Prodrive Motorsport achieve FIA 3* environmental accreditation
  • Support our facilities team with their environmental objectives including the streamlining of reporting tools
  • Interrogate our ERP system for net zero data and influence its evolution to make emissions reporting in the future more robust
  • Project manage across a variety of environmental workstreams
  • Develop communications to engage management and the wider team with our sustainability agenda

Requirements:

  • Passion and energy for all things environmental
  • Knowledge and understanding of the net zero landscape, metrics and best practice
  • Experience garnered in preparing business for environmental accreditation
  • Ability to influence, generate consensus and buy-in/commitment to action plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in presenting new ideas to wider team and across departments
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to direct and coordinate team members as part of content creation
  • Pride in the quality of your work
  • Ability to monitor, analyse and present metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
