About The Role
Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Service Centre, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Service Centre Manager in the management of the Service Centre team, ensuring that all areas and aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with our contract administration procedures, ensuring that all contracts are managed effectively and that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Coaching and motivating employees to achieve their full potential, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
- Ensuring that all aspects of work and process are carried out in-line with Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring that our customers and employees are safe and protected.
- Ensuring that the quality of customer care/service and products provided reflect the highest levels of excellence, ensuring that our customers are delighted with the service they receive.
- Deputising in the absence of the Service Centre Manager, ensuring that the business continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
About You
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a good understanding of Health and Safety practices. You will also need to be self-motivated and have a drive to succeed and deliver high-quality results.
