Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Wolverton House. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level as an Executive Culinary Director. You will be responsible for inspiring your team, managing all aspects of the kitchen, and ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets the highest standards.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned Head Chef who has experience in managing a high-volume kitchen and has a passion for creating delicious food that exceeds our guests' expectations. You will be working closely with our menu development team to create new and exciting dishes, and you will be responsible for training and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality.
  
• Develop and maintain menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene regulations.
  
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant management team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  
• Oversee kitchen operations during peak periods and manage staff levels accordingly.
