Taylor Root is seeking a Labor Law Expertise Manager to join our employment practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on multi-jurisdictional litigation, investigations, and workplace issues, including whistleblowing, misconduct, and cases impacting corporate reputation or senior executives.

The role involves managing employment tribunal claims and High Court actions, collaborating with regulatory teams on SMCR-related misconduct, supporting investigations for both corporate clients and senior individuals, advising on redundancies, restructurings, and senior-level exits, and providing employment advice on corporate transactions.

We require a qualified solicitor with NQ–3 years' PQE, having strong technical grounding in employment law, with litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess commercial awareness and a client-focused approach, exceptional drafting skills, and a strong academic background.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including extensive training, a non-hierarchical culture, and a clear career trajectory.
