Dietitian - Paediatric Diabetes Specialist - Band 6/7

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian - Paediatric Diabetes Specialist - Band 6/7, you will be responsible for providing expert dietetic care to children and young people with diabetes.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients and their families. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dietetic care to children and young people with diabetes, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of their condition.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices.
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
- Postgraduate experience in paediatric dietetics, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of paediatric diabetes management and treatment options.
