About the Role:

BBL Property Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager / Block Manager to join our client's team in Truro. As a Property Manager / Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasehold blocks, to ensure that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Set budgets, deal with buildings insurance, major works, contractor management, and daily resident correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and directors, responding promptly to all block matters.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with the client's requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's block management services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years + block management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality property management services.
  • Residing in or close to Truro, with knowledge of the local area and ability to travel to office and site as required.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to respond to residents and directors promptly regarding all block matters.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
