School Administrator

Estimated Salary: £175,000 - £225,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly skilled School Administrator to join our team at an outstanding all-girls school in central London. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing support across various areas of the school, including pupil data management via SIMS and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:

  • Pupil data management via SIMS.
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, manage, and evaluate data.
  • Knowledge of parent pay (desirable).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep a log of staff absences and monitor days of high staff absence that will require cover.
  • Prepare and submit data for Census returns to the Department for Education.

Requirements:

  • Applications are welcome from experienced SIMS managers at any stage in their career.
  • This role is ideal for a candidate looking to progress within a school-based career.
