About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Bus Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Haverfordwest depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses to ensure they run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Carry out routine vehicle servicing and inspections using specialized equipment.
  • Conduct road tests to identify vehicle defects and verify repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent in vehicle mechanics.
  • Full Cat B license and valid UK driving license.
  • Prior experience in bus maintenance and repair is essential.
  • Knowledge of workshop equipment, diagnostic tools, and safety procedures.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £17.00 per hour.

Working Arrangements:
