Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our fashion store teams in a community-based setting. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, achieving store targets, and leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the BHF values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales through physical and digital channels.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or a service industry.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times.
- Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of budgets and P&L.
