As a Year 5 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, differentiating lessons to cater to the individual needs of all pupils. You will also use assessment data effectively to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience teaching in Year 5, who has a proven track record of high-quality teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils. You will be passionate about education and committed to promoting high standards of achievement and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 5
Differentiate lessons to cater to the individual needs of all pupils
Use assessment data effectively to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a positive school culture
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom, creating a safe and inclusive environment where children feel confident and valued
