About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Plan and undertake assignments, striving to deliver service excellence and meet client expectations.
- Track progress, including WIP and billing targets, to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating team members to achieve their best.
- Owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
- Closely monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Utilize computer software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks to manage client portfolios and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries and concerns.
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery, setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.

What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £48,000 to £52,000 per annum.
- A permanent, full-time role with flexible working arrangements around core hours.

- ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 5 years' demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio within practice.
- Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
- A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to oversee a team's workload effectively.
- Good communication and advisory skills, as well as a full UK driving license.
