Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

Excelsis Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local produce and ingredients.
• Lead a team of skilled chefs to deliver high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with our restaurant management team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi/Chef de Partie in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment.
• Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase local ingredients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
