Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair on packhouse machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the building and site, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify areas for improvement within production processes and equipment operation for enhanced reliability and reduced resource usage.
- Assist with timely completion of projects and upgrade works, supporting the engineering team in achieving their goals.
- Supervise contractors on site, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- Perform Health & Safety risk assessments, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment.
- Relevant qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in both property maintenance and production engineering fields.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety and Fire Procedure Regulations.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
