Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Consultant to join our team at She Does Data. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of work packages and alignment with the broader project context.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis in Tableau to develop the burden of proof for hypotheses.
  • Develop Machine Learning models in Python or R for applications such as customer segmentation, marketing strategy, and pricing optimization.
  • Support the deployment of proofs of concepts for Machine Learning models in clients' technical and business architecture.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful project delivery, including data access, collaboration processes, and more.
Strategy and Operations
  • Help define our mid-to-long-term strategy and track progress against it.
  • Support our Go-to-Market efforts, helping win clients and sell projects.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional business acumen and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to dissect business problems through analysis, define an approach, execute it, and critically analyze results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and data.
  • Ability to work in small, fast-paced teams and be flexible when needed.
