About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs in Alsager, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting the client's independence and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, with a compassionate and patient nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours, including 12-hour days and 12-hour waking nights.
