Overhead Crane Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of installation, repairs, and services on overhead cranes, is seeking a skilled engineer to join their team in a field-based role with occasional work in their workshop based in Horsham.

The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in a similar role and possess LEEA qualifications, although work experience is more essential for this position.

The company offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 DOE, 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, and a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet provided.

Regular training is provided, and the company has constant reviews ongoing to improve the working environment.

This role requires a manual driving licence and involves installation, maintenance, and servicing of overhead gantry cranes, travelling within the surrounding counties of Horsham, and complying with company health and safety laws.

Overtime is mainly during the week, with weekend work being extremely rare.

The company is heading in the right direction, with plans to manufacture their own overhead cranes in the near future.
