Your new role
This residential conveyancing position will see you confidently manage a busy caseload of property transactions including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be 2+ PQE or equivalent. You will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be able to confidently manage a range of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key responsibilities
Manage a busy caseload of property transactions including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality residential conveyancing services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements
2+ years PQE or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage a range of residential conveyancing transactions.
