Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our automotive centre operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the retail and/or automotive sector, with experience in leading and managing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the operation and daily running of the depot
- Overseeing the maintenance of stock values within the centre
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at our centre and will be required to travel occasionally for training and meetings.
