Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving our company's HR systems and plans, maintaining employee information, and managing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's growth and development
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
