Dedicated Support Professional

As a Dedicated Support Professional with Advantage Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes. Our goal is to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth while providing flexible support tailored to their needs.
We offer competitive pay ranging from £24,500 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. As a full-time employee, you can expect 28 days' annual leave (pro-rata) and various benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to a benefits and wellbeing platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for companionship, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who enjoys working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
