About the Role

As a Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and executing all Meetings and Events business within the hotel. You will be an ambassador for the hotel, an expert on all facilities, and able to advise guests based on their individual needs. You will record and process all enquiries to ensure efficient and timely guest service. You will work with your teammates and liaise with the wider hotel team to ensure all leads are followed and departmental targets and individual KPIs are met.
