Job Overview

As an emotional support specialist, you will work in a therapeutic capacity, providing one-to-one counselling sessions and collaborating with our team to develop effective support plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree in counselling, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Experience of direct work with children and young people
  • Strong commitment to supporting mental health and well-being
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
