As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas ripe for automation, and developing business cases to support automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for automation

  • Analyze and design RPA solutions to optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of automation projects
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful automation outcomes

Requirements
  • Relevant commercial experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI automation
  • Up to 3 years of experience in automation
  • Experience handling automation projects
  • Prior employment in a process analyst role or related field
  • Background in UI-Path or Blue Prism
  • Comfortable engaging in two-way communication with stakeholders
  • Experienced in Confluence and JIRA
  • Written skills to keep up-to-date with documentation
  • Experience in business change projects and initiatives
