Job Title: Makeup and Fragrance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Makeup and Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our luxury beauty products, and creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Showcase our luxury beauty products, including makeup and fragrances, and provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Create a unique and personalized shopping experience for customers, tailoring our products and services to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

  • Passion for luxury beauty and makeup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
