We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team in Portishead. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be working across two of our supported-living services, supporting individuals with varying needs and interests.

The Services:

Our services in Portishead are vibrant and engaging, offering a range of activities and experiences for our service users. One of our services supports an individual who is active in his community, enjoys visiting friends, and spreading joy to those around him. Our other service supports three men with different lifestyles and interests, including one who loves exercising and attending CrossFit sessions, another who enjoys music, gaming, and exploring local towns and cities, and the third who is a foodie and enjoys adventure holidays.

Your Role:

As a Relief Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. This may involve accompanying them on outings, helping with daily tasks, and promoting their independence. We welcome people from all walks of life to apply for this role, as we value compassion, integrity, and a commitment to treating individuals with dignity and respect.
