Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Transaction Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing all tasks related to property sales, ensuring fast completion and exceptional customer experience. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners, such as Lenders, Solicitors, and Estate Agents.
  • Provide an outstanding and efficient service to clients by managing their expectations and keeping them informed about the progress of their applications.
  • Responsible for all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties.
  • Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors, and clients to ensure mortgage applications are progressed efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data.
  • Position OneDome's core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo.
Person Specification
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and understanding of mortgages.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete work to a high standard within agreed service standards.
  • Professional with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident to deal with clients and provide a great service at all times.

Note: The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office in Whiteley, Hampshire, and 2 days of home working. There is commission tied to performance within the role.
