Ramsay Health Care Clinical is currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in the theatre department, where you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated nurse who can assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment. As a key member of our theatre team, you will provide patient care and support during surgical procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth theatre operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the operating theatre environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Provide direct patient care and support during surgical procedures, responding to their needs and promoting comfort and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the theatre team to coordinate activities, maintain effective communication, and ensure seamless transitions between procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent nursing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
