About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, inspiring and training partners to deliver outstanding customer service, and driving store success through effective strategies.

You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring every customer and partner enjoys their Starbucks experience. If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Essentials

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
