Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing regular management information to support key operational decision making.
  • SUPPORTING IN THE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR REPORTING, IDENTIFYING TRENDS AND BENCHMARKING AGAINST OTHER BMW MARKETS.
  • MONITORING THE ABILITY OF BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES TO ADAPT, RESPOND, RECOVER, AND LEARN FROM OPERATIONAL DISRUPTION THROUGH THE OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE PROGRAMME.
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT AND LEAD PROJECTS TO DELIVER QUANTIFIABLE IMPROVEMENTS.
  • SUPPORT KEY DEPARTMENT AND COMPANY INITIATIVES.
  • MANAGE AND DEVELOP THE DEPARTMENT'S KNOWLEDGE BASE.

Requirements:

  • Studying for an undergraduate degree level in Business or STEM-based subject's and on track to achieve a 2:1 or above.
  • Strong numerical ability
  • PROVEN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL EXCEL IS ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience using programming languages such as SQL or VBA would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
