Quality Assurance Senior Specialist

In this key role, you will collaborate with our Technical Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our factory and interact with technical and operations teams to drive standardization and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Main Objectives:- Develop and implement food safety and quality strategies to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
- Manage the factory's technical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., food science, chemistry, or engineering).
- Proven experience in food safety and quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
