Shuttering Carpenter Job Description

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a skilled Shuttering Carpenter to join our team. As a Shuttering Carpenter, you will be responsible for working with timber and proprietary formwork systems to construct columns, walls, beams, soffits, kickers, and pre-cast units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must be skilled and knowledgeable in working with timber and proprietary formwork systems.
  • Competent in using hand and power tools.
  • Able to lift and handle heavy objects.
  • Competent at performing routine manual labour tasks.
  • Demonstrate ability to work to line and level to high tolerances.
  • Proven ability to understand and execute written instructions.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work outdoors.
  • Able to perform duties effectively while working at height.
Qualifications
  • CSCS Skilled Worker Card (BLUE)
