The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division. The successful candidate will assist in the management of our Strategy & Transformation workstream plans, working closely with international project teams to ensure projects are completed according to the agreed plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Programme Manager in the development and implementation of project activities that align with our strategic and transformation goals.
- Set up project governance and ensure change management skills and processes are in place in alignment with our PMO function.
- Track progress status for individual workstreams within projects, including milestones, actions, and KPIs.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to collect, collate, and analyze KPI data to produce monthly and weekly performance reports.
- Work with the Transformation Workstream Lead and Finance on the management of project budgets, including accurate financial forecasts.
- Ensure benefits tracking is in place and well-evidenced to ensure optimal financial results.
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and Transformation Workstream Leads, ensuring the timely and accurate maintenance of records.
- Provide direct support for selected projects/programmes, including coordination of meetings, capturing meeting minutes, and consolidating actions and reminder notifications.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with adaptability.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to research and analyze key information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and excellent MS Office skills.
- Significant experience within project management, with a focus on budget management and reporting.
- Administrative and clerical procedures, such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
Desirable
- SharePoint and Project Server/Project Online experience.
- Knowledge of project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of project management in the manufacturing industry.
Additional Details
- Occasional global travel may be required for this role.
