Residential Caretaker Role

The role of Estate Caretaker involves performing various tasks related to property and estate maintenance. As a member of the housing association's maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of residential estates in Burton/Staffordshire.
Main Tasks:
* Cleaning and clearing of communal areas, gardens, and litter picking duties
* Conducting graffiti removal and minor general building maintenance tasks
* Maintaining sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes, and villages as well as accommodation blocks
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in caretaking, gardening, cleaning, laboring, or similar roles
* Possession of a valid UK driving license for using a company van
* Proficiency in using an iPad for accessing repair portals and health and safety checks

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, from 8am to 3:30pm.
