International Choreographer Showcase Director

The Director is responsible for overseeing the launch of a series of international events celebrating women's choreographic works. This involves seeking submissions from female identifying choreographers to showcase their work on a professional platform.
We are seeking passionate and creative female-identifying choreographers from diverse backgrounds, styles, and experiences who are ready to share their artistry with a wider audience. Whether you are an emerging talent or a seasoned choreographer, this is a space to collaborate with others and contribute to a larger conversation about the power of female-led choreography.
The selected choreographers will have the opportunity to showcase their work at the London Aud Jebesen Theatre, along with arrival drinks and networking events. This is a chance to connect with a supportive network of industry professionals, collaborators, and fellow choreographers.
Responsibilities include:
- Curating a program of diverse and high-quality performances
- Working closely with participating choreographers to ensure successful event delivery
- Managing logistics, including venue arrangements, technical requirements, and marketing promotions
- Providing a supportive environment for choreographers to share their work and receive feedback
We estimate that this role will require approximately 30-40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of the event. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
