We are currently seeking a number of personable, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our contract and cost management team to support our continuing growth in the water / utilities sector.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Cost Manager within our UK Infrastructure business working on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we support.
  • Administer various contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Effectively manage contract change to ensure projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
  • Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a sound understanding of contract management, and be familiar with NEC3.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience or suitable understanding of contract management, cost management, change control, valuation, procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting.
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • Possess a relevant professional body membership or equivalent.
