What We're Looking For

  • You'll be an experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You'll have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional food and service.
  • You'll be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve our high standards.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with your colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You'll be familiar with kitchen operations, including rota scheduling, sales and labour forecasts, and reporting.
  • You'll have a strong knowledge of best practice around training and recruitment for kitchen teams.
