We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banking Associate to join our Client Lifecycle Management team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-boarding process of new customers, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

- On-board new customers and manage the account opening process
- Conduct regular customer file reviews and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

**Requirements**

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in banking risk management, specifically in the area of on-boarding, KYC/AML. You should have a strong understanding of corporate and institutional banking products and be familiar with local AML requirements.

You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, economics)

Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of corporate and institutional banking products, AML/KYC regulations, and risk management principles

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in banking risk management, preferably in the area of on-boarding, KYC/AML

Estimated Salary: £65,000
