Seeking a Skilled Mechanical Design Engineer

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in the aviation industry. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on diverse aircraft modifications and repairs across multiple aircraft types.

Key Details:
  • Location: Farnborough Airport (hybrid working, 2 days per week on-site minimum)
  • Contract: 8-12 months fixed-term, potential for permanent position
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling, overtime available
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in EASA/CAA Part 21J Design work
  • Proficient in 3D CAD modelling and drafting (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
  • Background in aircraft structures, components, interiors, or avionics installations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to conduct technical surveys on aircraft
