Job Description

Your Team: The Studio teams comprise creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, sub-editors, and sales professionals, delivering a unique blend of editorial, branding, social sharing, and interactive content. Our diverse skill sets and editorial expertise enable us to find and create compelling stories.

Your Role: As a Studio / Creative Co-ordinator, you will support and manage internal workflows, processes, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the Creative Directors and creative teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the creative department. This will enable the creative teams to deliver branded content campaigns for our clients on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and log resources across pitch and live projects, ensuring all work is registered.
  • Assist Creative Directors with Smartsheet monitoring to ensure an even spread of work on both pitch and live projects.
  • Produce reports on wins and losses of briefs as required.
  • Arrange and coordinate training for creative leads, designers, and video producers as needed.
  • Provide weekly liaison with Creative Directors to manage the workflow of the creative team.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with production and creative/editorial workflows and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets/Excel or other spreadsheets and workflow management systems, including Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns to deadlines and on budget.
  • Effectiveness in managing Studio processes and performance/workflow management.
