About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Analyst to join our Cash Operations Team at Future Publishing. As a Cash Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the cash operations of our business, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile company bank accounts daily, allocating receipts to customer accounts and matching payments
  • Recognize payment rejections and post accordingly
  • Liaise with both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to ensure that all cash operations are carried out within deadlines
  • Produce month-end bank reconciliations
  • Work with the Cash Operations Manager to review processes and identify ways to improve and streamline, making them more efficient
Requirements

  • Reconciliation experience
