Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a Panel Beater - Accident Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bodywork panels of vehicles in accordance with received instructions or job card details.
Main Responsibilities:
* Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing the damaged panels or replacing those that are beyond repair.
* Operate all necessary equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, following instructions and adhering to prescribed safety standards.
* Follow the manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins when applicable to ensure proper repair and replacement of chassis and panel work.
* Attend relevant training courses as necessary to stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field.
* Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention, ensuring that customer satisfaction and care are always maintained.
* Keep the company's tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Requirements:
* Preferably with ATA but not mandatory as Time Served Panel Technicians are welcome to apply, experience in a commercial body shop is preferred but not essential.
